To market their products, Healthspan run campaigns by sending targeted emails to their customers to promote products and special offers. The process involves three main areas of preparation: Data Definition, Offer Codes and Creative Definition, before a final approval step and then finishing with Delivery and Broadcast.
Healthspan had a need to automate the capturing of the information during the three preparation steps, and to build in business logic to route the process. Monitoring was required to understand how many email campaigns are running, and what stage each has reached.
