Matt has over 7 years' experience in the IT industry. With primary experience in software and database development, in key technologies such as C++, .NET, SQL Server and SharePoint, Matt has developed a variety of n-tier software applications, applying the principles of pattern-based, object-oriented and agile development to every aspect. A Prince2 practitioner, he has project managed application and infrastructure projects from start to finish, and with a PhD in Remote Sensing & Computer Science, has presented scientific research at International conferences to full auditoriums, and still provides expert peer review and editing services to journals and publishing houses in a range of technical subjects.
