Jonathan has worked in the UK, Europe and Asia designing, implementing, supported and managing robust, fully redundant security solutions, including firewall protection, intrusion prevention, content filtering, endpoint protection and data leak prevention.
More recently he has worked as a qualified security assessor for the payment card industry and as country manager for a software as a service (SAAS) provider. His experience in protecting businesses from internet and internal threats has seen him gather a broad range of knowledge working with many leading security solutions including Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, Symantec, Microsoft, McAfee, Bluecoat, Websense and Clearswift.
Background: Jonathan has been working within the IT sector for 13 years for several local IT solution providers. He has a broad range of knowledge having worked in hardware, communications, software support until specialising in security 10 years ago.
